YES! You can find links to this awesome new trailer all over the web today, but I wanted to capture it here as well. Enjoy!
Ah! Here is my home office, staged this morning for a video shoot and interview. For what, you may ask?
Sometimes I am asked to participate in some pretty cool events. One such event is the US Patent and Trademark Office’s “World Intellectual Property Day” event that will held on April, 26th in Washington, DC. I have been asked to give the keynote address on Capitol Hill on the importance of protecting the rights of artists and content creators. I will also discuss the importance of balancing those rights with the rights of consumers and the audience that engages with the video games they love.
Check out The World Intellectual Property Organization website for more info.
No, don’t be sad! It’s a new website after all!
After a server crash with my old hosting provider, playing with several iterations of templates and designs, and a desire to cull back some of the email accounts, web tidbits, and various pieces of “me” that sit out there, I landed on the site and design that you are currently visiting. Here is where I will post longer form thoughts about technology, video games, social impact, education, etc. Basically, if I find it interesting, I am going to post it here.
My intent is to maintain a regular cadence of posts and topics and, while that is my intent, we’ll see just how regular it becomes.
Anyway, thanks for stopping by, click around on some of the links above, and if there are any particular topics of interest that I should cover, make sure to let me know!
